I believe therapy can change your life.

If you struggle with depression, anxiety, and/or ADHD I can not only help you manage your symptoms but understand why they're happening. I also offer partner(s), family, and co-parenting counseling.

Where Does My Passion Come From?

I've been working to help people for 18+ years. I've always gravitated toward this kind of service, and when I experienced the life-changing effects of therapy myself, it set me on a path. I believe wholeheartedly in the process and utilize my conviction to help others.

Understand and Cope with ADHD.

Getting things done is difficult for you. Focusing feels impossible. Maybe you blame yourself for when things go wrong. ADHD touches so much more than just productivity; your emotional states, relationships, and life goals can all be affected. Whether you are questioning if you have ADHD or if you’re familiar with it already, it’s helpful to understand how it comes to be—and what you can do about it.

Manage Depression & Anxiety.

Depression, imbalance, disconnection from the self—however you define it, something isn’t right. Maybe anxiety invades your body and mind, leaving you scattered and defeated. I’d like to help you understand these issues by recognizing their source. Getting used to pain isn’t the same as figuring out why it’s happening.

Make Sense of Your Past.

You may have learned that trauma comes in many forms. Even though confronting trauma is a part of human development, there are many who never have the opportunity to do the work. How you experience yourself in relation to trauma can change your life. During these crucial explorations, you need the support that only an understanding and affirming relationship can provide.

Realize your potential.

By building awareness and gaining insight, you unlock a process of growth and change. The most meaningful progress is made when you go inward. The way toward authenticity is filled with challenges, but crossing the barriers within is some of the most profound work you can do in your life.
